Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and exchange policy

It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows. 

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or exchange the products for you or get you a refund. 

You may return your fully functional and undamaged products for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

WARRANTY PERIOD

We warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for new products. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.

If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warranty the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from us. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Please note: This limited warranty is the only warranty available for our products.

PROCEDURE OF GOODS RETURN

1. Please contact our customer support via E-mail, or online chatting during our working hours.

2. Please take a photo of the goods to us in email. We must confirm the status of the goods.    

We will give you a reply within 24 hours during business days and within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your purpose, then we will provide you with the returned address.

3. All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. Ship the product to the address we provide. (please contact us to get the address)

4. We will refund you once we confirmed your returned tracking number is valid. Payment means for refund: credit card, debit card, PayPal.   

We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands. 

CAUTIONS: 
*Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information on returns via E-mail. Different country or region has different returned warehouse. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange a full refund and email you.

*Orders for returns require order numbers to be written on the outside of the package. 

Please inform us of your request for a refund or return or exchange within 30 business days after you receive the goods.

We do not charge a re-stock fee and we will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:

Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
We shipped out the wrong item
We shipped it to the wrong address
We shipped a duplicate order

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
